I have followed all the simple steps, and I cannot see the incoming transaction on my eth account.
How could that possibly happened?
Its a more safe and secure wallet.if you add the new tokens it would take some time to appear in the wallet.

If you do it right. you will get. Necessary now is that you have to be patient. because the current network is very slow. It will take a while to confirm the transaction. This is not a scam. just a little delay

Ok, the transaction arroces.

I really think It should show you the TX id. I was really worried for a while

You see how all is well. Most likely there is an overload situation, this happens from time to time. After all, the demand for the etherium is growing, the price is already approaching 1500 USD for ETHERIUM

I think that this is not scam, but just a failure. Most likely even there is an overload of etherium so transactions are more difficult than usual. For accuracy, you can write to the technical support of the etherium

Better to double check what is the ETH address of the transaction came from and contact the customer service as well. They are very welcome you to provide a better option than this thread. Good luck Dude!

I don’t think this is a scam. I had a similar problem and it resolved itself after time. You only need some patience. Wait and if you don’t receive the eth open a support ticket. But you should really wait some hours.

There is no reason for mew to scam people

I have no problem to wait, but why does it says that the tx has confirmations, I cannot see the pending transaction on etherscan.io .
If you look at the support message below, it doesn't include the receiving address by default. Maybe it could have been a missfunction on their exchanger software

I think the current problems with etherum blockchain has fested to most other subordinate bodies because people are complaining so much about their unfinished transactions more lost transaction footprint where you transact after transactions you wouldn’t know the business went through there are no leftovers as an evidence to prove a transaction was initiated.i pray all these be taken care of with time.thanks
