Please be elaborate your problem on why your Myetherwallet is not functioning, never had an issue regarding to it. If you give us more details about it, i am sure we can help you on your problem.
I do not know the problem you have with myetherwallet but personally for me, I use this wallet and it is working perfectly and have no complains since I have been using the wallet, it is secure, safe and reliable.
Easier to use Eidoo wallet, you can download in playstore.

Eidoo might be a good looking app but It's not open source so you shouldn't really suggest it. Because who knows? they could possibly store our seeds and private keys in their servers.

It's hard to guess of what's the error of OP while he's using MEW.
No problem for this wallet but if you have any problems with it, you might using a wrong website and that probably is a phishing link so that's not working for you.

MyEtherwallet is not in use. i am living this problem only?
It do works fine on me and same as other people too.
The MEW wallet is still used normally, I do not see anything abnormal here

myetherwallet the other day but still has a way to transfer token. present today are bug fixes and then you can continue your transaction

Am sure this is working perfect. You can try metamask or download imtoken on playstore for general use.
