Eloncoin.org - Mars, here we come!
Another looser looking for something for nothing. email Received: from [10.8.8.34] (unknown [185.212.169.126])
I have lost more tokens at myetherwallet than the banksters have taken from my bank account. one would think myetherwallet would have better security system. I am finding the trading platforms are a much better secure place to store cryptos. Lets hope something better than myetherwallet evolves in the near future.
Oh please. myetherwallet has given us enough warnings about phishing attempts. So don't put the blame on MEW because you lost all your tokens. Go 2 steps behind and see how you secure your wallets, Private Keys and Password. So should know better that clicking anything on the web right or opening something on your email with untrusted source is the worse that you can do because of all the phishing going on.

I think there are no problem in myetherwallet. I am using myetherwallet as my coin base wallet but I didn't encounter any problem using it. If someone got havked and get thier wallet emptied ,then its the users fault for improper handling of his/her private key. Because MEW always and always warned you to keep your private key on yourself because you and only you are responsible for your own security and myetherwallet would not hold your private key for you.
Right, each one of us has the responsibility on protecting our wallet. I also been using it for quite sometime now and I'm very careful opening it. Maybe the OP didn't bookmark it and most likely he type a phishing website. We are all accountable for all of our actions. It's not MEW shortcomings, blame ourselves if we lost because we didn't safe guard our wallets.

I think you may have clicked on a phishing link you received from a look-alike URL of MyEtherWallet as the ETH address posted here was apparently being used before for hacking and was previously tagged by MEW as a phishing address. If you have an EtherAddressLookup extension, you can view it there because they have already issued a warning about this address there before.

Anyway, I'm sorry for your loss, but hopefully, next time, be very careful when clicking or opening links you are not sure about, especially if it concerns your private accounts or if it's connected to anything important to you online.

Be carefull about Slack channel. when I was newbie, I got e-mails from fake slack channels. I did what it says and I lost my wallet. Luckily, I had no amount in my wallet.

There are lots of fishing site that are trying to mimic myetherwallet, Just make sure that you are on the right site via cheching your URL because fishers are damn good they make you confuse and take your private keys and take all your coins.

Change Your Worlds Build a New Era!
Every day I read new topics about how someone lost funds because ether wallet was hacked, and how it should have better security.
Is it so damn hard to use correct link?
I can't believe someone in 2017.year is clicking on links in email, slack or I don't know where without checking them, even knowing there were/are so many MEW phishing attempts.

There's nothing wrong on Myetherwallet the very wrong thing I've see here is on how you handle your wallet and maybe you are been compromised by a phising site thats why you have been hack and also try to clear up your computer since maybe there's a malware planted on it and lastly maybe you have been pasted your private key anywhere that's why you have been hack.

There are a lot of emails going around few weeks ago from Slack Attack - Phishing email scam targeting all the communities. Never use the link on the email. Use your bookmark or manual type in the address.

I further estimate that there has been a fake email report from myetherwallet and its link is opened, because I have also received such notification from an email stating from myetherwallet to click on a link from them, because I am used to open from bookmarks, so I know that email is a lie.
since then I never want to open an existing email link without my trust first.
