I don't know if 1 DOGE every 60 seconds is interesting, you must test different possibilities, if it doesn't work (if you don't get many users), try to increase countdown time and reward a bit. You can try 5 minutes, 10 minutes... Find the more rentable configuration.

1 DOGE = 17~19 satoshis so meaning i am giving more than 17~19 sats every 1 minute. i think also that is the normal claims right now.
