Contacted support, was told that funds are frozen & only thawed upon request by email if funds not touched in a long time, with time period not specified.
in this case, I hope you are aware in the future to not use the wallet online again.

Or, can you share the picture?, because when I tried to search on the internet, I find that sometimes the Monero balance will get locked, you have just sent a few Monero to unlock it. Or if you have the 13, 14, or 25 mnemonic seed, you can restore it to another wallet like Monero GUI wallet, Ledger, or Trezor. I've never used MyMonero.com wallet, but usually, you can find that mnemonic seed on setting.

The momero wallet staff is asking for my top level monero address but not the secret spend address, not the
secret view key, not the mnemonic wallet recovery phrase. Is this safe? Can funds be stolen with the
Top level addreas? Thanks.

If by what they mean of top-level Monero address is the "Main Address" or the "Address" as in the image above, it should be safe to send it to them.

As per the MyMonero help page, https://help.mymonero.com/en/articles/5402588-understanding-keys-and-addresses, sharing the main address is safe and won't make them able to spend your funds. Sharing the secret view key, also won't make them able to spend it, but will reduce your privacy. The only way they are able to spend it is if they got the mnemonic seed or secret spend key.

Ain't know this but I think this is pretty common for any services that freeze your fund for a longer time didn't open it.
It's not uncommon for cryptocurrency services or platforms to have policies in place to freeze funds under certain circumstances.
The exact criteria and timeframes for freezing funds can vary from one service to another.  I think it's advisable to carefully review the terms of service or user agreement provided by the wallet or platform to understand their specific policies regarding frozen funds.  I tried to read it now but I didn't find or something I missed it.

So there's nothing you can do is to wait by them until they will answer you through your request on their email.
I saw on Reddit, the same problem as you have now, try to read and find an alternative way to recover your fund.

So they froze your funds?

Please help me understand. Checking out the website of mymonero.com gives me the vibe that the wallet is noncustodial, and I see somewhere they even talk about mnemonic phrases. Is it a custodial or noncustodial wallet?

If it's the former, then this should be the last time you are using it to avoid completely losing your funds in the future.

How to open browser console log in linux mint? Thanks.
Depending on what browser you use, you can look at how to open it up here: https://appuals.com/open-browser-console/. Just do the transaction as usual, after you open the browser console log. See if there is some output concerning the transaction.

Is it the corporate firewall? It shouldn't affect web wallet if i can access web wallet, right?
Corporate firewalls may have something to do if they set a restriction on what web/services the network could access. But yes, since you are able to open the site, it should not be the root cause.

Anyway, have you considered contacting their customer support? If there isn't any useful information in the console log, I think you should contact their customer support, or make an inquiry on some monero-focused communities.

Yes, fees enough.

How to open browser console log in linux mint? Thanks.

When you are using the desktop wallet, does there is any difference regarding the popup or any information output? And, are you sure you have enough fees to cover the transaction?

I have no prior experience with the wallet, but looking at the source code. A successful message after fetching decoy parts should end up with "Constructing transaction. Submitting transaction."

Also, it is worth checking the browser console log. Make sure you open it up when you are making the transaction to see if there is an error code popping up there. A general way to open it is to Inspect Element on the web page, then go to the Console tab.

Since you said your wallet was from 2015, you need to update your wallet with the newest version, the last version was on 2022
They have a web wallet, so it should maintain backward compatibility.

I am using latest software wallet because I am using web wallet.

This what I found in their FAQ about your case [1].

Since you said your wallet was from 2015, you need to update your wallet with the newest version, the last version was on 2022 [2]. I don't think Monero is frozen your funds because they're decentralized and if you were got hacked, all of your coins must be gone.

I tried to send my entire wallet contents from mymonero.com to monero core gui wallet. Wallet makes a popup window that says, "Sending wallet balance. Fetching latest balance. Fetching decoy outputs." However, nothing is sent. Funds still in mymonero wallet & core gui  wallet still empty. This mymonero wallet is from 2015. I tried bot the downloaded mymonero wallet on linux mint and the online one. I waited 4 hours. I tried low, medium and high priority. Am I just doing something wrong or was I hacked?

Thanks.
