will be the total amounc of coins reduced?

Exactly. The number of coins being generated (aka block reward) will be reduced.

Do you plan to "Invalidate" any coins during this process?

where are the devs or payu?
why aren't they starting threads or providing info here?

it's okay to post less on bitcointalk once a coin gets traction and acceptance as everyone gets sick of the bitcointalk trollfest after a while  Wink , but in the early stages, like mazacoin is, accurate info needs to be made ehere

there is nothing on their twitter in relation to coin reduction etc, and payu harris twitter doesnt even mention mazacoin

I am interested in buying some but want some reassurances before buying a few

The Mazacoin people are like a kid that says he's going to clean his room.  He really wants to, sincerely starts but gets distracted by his Buzz Lightyear toy and you find him killing imaginary aliens in a pile of Legos 2 hours later.  I'll be believe them when they start using the word "done" and not "will be done", etc.  They had a chance a month or so ago to make a great coin and screwed it up royally just by kind of wandering away from the project.  This is worse than a scam, they just kind of stopped caring or got bored or something.  The same thing happened to Juggalocoin, another one that could have been up there on Coinmarketcap until the dev just faded out.  Again, no obvious scam, he just found something else to do instead of hanging around to get rich (or at least make enough cash to buy some nice toys).

These developers sell the BTC, get a tablet and get on PornHub. Cant continue developing a coin with one hand.

I think the point of decentralized currencies is that the entire community work together for the betterment of the whole. Communities shouldn't expect 2 or 3 people to carry the entire load. Anyone in the community can make a forum, build a block explorer, or host a node.

Ok, what is needed are mining farms.

Perhaps enslaved Indians from neighbour tribes could do this inhumane work.

There are many exciting developments now occurring in the Mazacoin community.

The promotion and marketing from Mazacoin founder Payu Harris has been spot on from the start. Here Payu is shown just a few days ago taking his marketing to the next level by presenting Lora Hubbel a first of its kind 50,000 MZC donation for her campaign for South Dakota Governor. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OpSRJ-TsBIo

The main problem up until now has been with development and coin inflation. Now reportedly all this is about to change.

1. According to a post today by a member of the development team the coin is about to get an update to address the syncing issue and a new block explorer. When this happens, the coin total will be corrected on coinmarketcap.com creating a powerful spike in market capitalization and ranking.

2. Next the coin will be forked to reduce the currently unsustainable coin inflation. It has apparently finally been decided that the current rate of inflation exceeds the coin demand thus a coin reduction is necessary. It has been shown that when this happens, coin valuation generally rises on news of the fork.

I believe this combination of Payu ramping up marketing efforts, combined with the much needed technical improvements, along with the coin adjustment fork will result in this currency returning to a relatively high position in the charts.
