Bumping this thread again, because with Binance being down for at least a week (that's what they say), I'm unable to buy any NEO.
Right now I'm looking to buy 7 NEO at whatever the Coinmarketcap rate is, which right now would be $8.92. I have PayPal funds ready to send to anyone who can help me out.

Edit: I could also buy the equivalent $ amount of bitcoin and do the transaction through Changelly. If anyone can sell me either NEO or bitcoin, I'd be so happy you'd see me dancing around my local public swimming pool. That's how badlly I want the transaction done.
