As stated in the title, I need $75 worth of BTC at preev 1:1, which is 0.01477832BTC right now and have PayPal. This can be adjusted if the rate changes drastically.
I will not send first unless you have significant green trust or if I've done business with you before.
This will be a neutral feedback transaction.
