You just need to copy the txid in of your transactions. If they paid you some btc, they must include the txid.
And you must confirm the transaction from : 1. Your wallet balance, if your balance increased or not. 2. From the txid, paste it on the bitcoin
blockchain explorer. You will see the sender address, the amount sent, and your address ( receiver ).

The beauty of bitcoin is that it is built on blockchain technology and each transaction from one wallet to another is completely transparent and stored in the base of the chain. As soon as you made the payment to your buddy, you can go to etherscan at your transaction and see when, how, who and what you are paying for.

That's right. Each transaction in the blockchain technology has full information about the payment (except personal information about the account holder, as the network is completely anonymous). You need to click on the transaction itself and you will throw a link to a digital report that you can print and send to anyone. However, it has no legal force.

Just need to print the transaction they made that indicated the reference the amount they paid and your wallet address that for you to identify that is you wallet address that sender. If you want to know on how much your product and pays you in exact amount you should need to convert how much your product in bitcoin that for you to know if they pay you in exact amount.

imo, giving someone a unique payment address and its txid hash is good enough as proof of transaction
if you want to go further, you can sign a message from that receiving address saying,
"I acknowledge the payment of BTC with transaction id to my bitcoin address "

the transaction id in the blockchain is enough to proof they made a payment
but do you really want to expose your real identity on a pseudonymous payment system?

There are POS that are ready for printing receipt integrated with BTC payments however if you do not have this device then you could make your own alternative on making a receipt like a manual writings of the receipt to be made. You can also put the fiat equivalency at the time the payment being made. You can also print out the block chain records and attact to the receipt being made manually.

You could just write them a note (via email) with the price of the transaction, description, date, and time.

If you make a cash transaction with a government owned currency you'd get the same thing - a peice of paper or email with transaction details on it.

the same way you give them a receipt if they bought something from you using fiat! it is usually a piece of paper that has dates, payment amounts and the object that was purchased. you can add a new field to that piece of paper and include payment method in it. in front of that you mention bitcoin and then the transaction ID that was used to make the payment.

this can not work because you need to change your address for any new payment. in other words every customer receives a new address to make the payment to. and you can't head over to blockchain.com and sign a message for every one of them. not to mention that this website is centralized and you should avoid introducing any kind of centralization when accepting bitcoin payments as much as possible.

I think adding the TXID on the receipt is enough as a proof that you deal with the customer and I think you can edit the label of your bitcoin address or wallet and sync. If you are using electrum wallet you can follow this guide from here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/solution-electrum-account-labels-1152932 this is only works on electrum to electrum but if you are using other wallets you can check how to put a label or tag below.

If you want to verify that the customer sends you bitcoin you must ask the customer to make a sign message as a proof that s/he owns the bitcoin address that s/he used when sending a bitcoin.

Ask for the customer to always place a label/description when paying you, or put a tag on your address so as to let them know that it's you. This is doable in Electrum and other wallets AFAIK. The hash number and timestamp IMO are already sufficient to use as a receipt, and the blockchain itself is already a giant ledger that you can rely on for proof of transactions. You wouldn't have a hard time issuing receipts if the blockchain already does half of the job for you.
