People use "NXT" instead of "XNT". If we choose Nxt then let's use NXT for currency code.

Agreed.

I think calling it "Bitcoin 2" is a very bad idea. There already was a huge sh*tstorm about the scrypt based bitcoin client https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scrypt-bitcoin-threads-not-allowed-292543

For the love of all that is holy, please do not do something silly like turn "Nxt" into XNT on a ticker.  You will completely destroy dyslexics. =p

I think it would be great to completely get rid of "coin" from the end of the name.  NXT isn't bad at all in my opinion.

I like the idea that the name would have start with "P" and end in "S" to help represent the PoS philosophy.  Maybe PluS?

It's pure PoS coin. No SHA256, no Scrypt.
Pure PoS can not function.

I feel sorry for whatever morons buy into this shit without understanding how the protocol works.

It should remain being called Nxt and the currency code should be NXT.  There's no need to mix up the letters of NXT so the currency code starts with an X.

Precious is a terrible name and XPR is too close to Ripple's internal currency XRP.

If we call it Bitcoin2, it will get confused with Bitcoin and all of the attention that Nxt gets will be overshadowed by Bitcoin.
