Superman can weld anything above the space or in earth ,and if the designing is great he can also create a new community outside the earth since he can just fly here and there without any needs of fuels or machinery’s Fx. Aquaman could effectively fix pipes and cables in the ocean bed.
And he can be assisted by Magneto I guess for metal jobs 😂
