Maybe your account trying to log in is defferent to your original account that is the common problem or else your password try to forgot password if you see the click botton to recover your acct.

I signed up to https://exchange.bitparking.com using my Google Account about a month ago and bought some Namecoins successfully... now when I login it says my balance is 0.00000 
any suggestions? FYI I clicked "sign-up" in order to log in using my Google Account, because there is no "log-in" button...
