So technically when you then connect your keystone file on Nano ledger to myetherwallet you still expose your private keys, so even if you have coins or tokens on Nano ledger phising hacker will be able to steal them.

You can store ERC 20 tokens on a Ledger nano S, but that bad news is that you have to use myetherwallet to access stored tokens. In your case, it wouldn't do much good. Maybe one day Ledger will release a ERC 20 option to manage these tokens directly.

If you are interested, info can be found below on how to setup a Ledger with MEW.

Yeh that doesnt do much good, basically its still completly exposed to phising attack if token has to be accessed trough myethereumwallet. That is one heavy downside of ETH i certainly dont like over other cryptocurrencies, the safety is just in miles bellow the surface, even compared to shitcoins. So is there no other ERC20 token wallet that doesnt need to access website to do any data/transfer sorting?

I love so much about the nano s but it seems to be lacking for proper erc-20 token support. For sure, Trezor is better for this so it's probably worth going for one of those instead.

I think we still use myetherwallet to store the token erc20
in myetherwallet there is an entry login option using hardware wallet (nano ledger s or trezor)
hardware wallet is more secure because we never use private key to enter, and we don't know the private key.

Hey guys, is there a way to store ICO or somewhat new tokens on Nano ledger S wallet? I have completly stoped using Myetherwallet due to phising attack, so i am moving strictly to hardware wallet, but wondering is it even possible to store new ICOs on hardware wallets?
