Finally got paid after a long time of PENDING. Not sure what is happening but yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

Newbie miner here. Not sure what's happening with Nanopool. Everyone gets paid except me and this has been happening for a week. My withdrawal keeps getting "pending status" and goes in an infinite loop(back to balance then back to withdrawal). I have contacted Nanopool support but I have received a generic reply, more exactly, I was told that there are some problems with the payments and I will get my SIA back to balance and after that they will initiate a withdrawal again. Nothing happened, same infinite loop.
What do I do right now? I'm scared to continue to mine SIA here.
Any reply would be more than helpful.
