Once I won some mbtc from free spins, and I cashed it out with no issues but it was so long time ago. I do not play in this site again after the last problem(delay) of their promotion.
AFAIK they process withdrawal manually, so you need to wait. Today is weekend, perhaps they are in holiday. Wait for some more days (1-2) and if they still do not give you any replies so we should stay away.

Good points, arise the attention of your new site is not easy, IMO, bonus is too little, and with a high 40X rollover, are you afraid some lucky guys bust your bankroll? LOL
