Wow! At first I assumed you were exaggeration or that they might of said something slightly different however I am stunned.

Honestly, why even bother replying at all. It probably took a minute or two to write that, why not just not reply in the first place.

Will definately be avoiding that casino for sure.

Never heard that name before but casino looks quit old.
I am not surprised to see the response you have got from them as we all know casino will never give anything for free like in faucet. All these free rolls, free deposit, 1000% bonus on first deposits are only there to lure new players. In reality they will have hard to follow bonus TOS and limitations.

You will not get anything from such casino for free  Grin

Tell me how to upload it?

Make a screenshot. Crop the ss in a paint showing the response that made by them. Save it. Then go to tinypic (This is the usual stuff i do make use on posting pics in the forum) Upload the Screenshot file. Enter captcha since its been required then after uploading is done select the link which it can be used on Forum. You can actually see that stuff.

Back to topic that kind of response is terrible from them.Its not really professional at all.

That is their actual response?   Are you kidding me?  I thought this casino had decent ratings?  Lost any hope of me ever playing there if they are going to respond to their customers like that.  I am sorry, if you don't want people to use your free promos, don't offer them.

I will admit my response was better or worse depending on your perspective. Smiley

I have lost my trust on this casino long time ago when they made something like a free competition which was guessing a sound of a slot game. The competition was started on June 2015 and there was so long delay before the representative announced the winner on January 2016. Their representative is not active anymore since that time so I prefer to avoid this casino.

After, asking them on why I had to deposit to get the "No deposit free spins", I got this response.
