I am not surprised to see the response you have got from them as we all know casino will never give anything for free like in faucet. I have lost my trust on this casino long time ago when they made something like a free competition which was guessing a sound of a slot game. The competition was started on June 2015 and there was so long delay before the representative announced the winner on January 2016. Their representative is not active anymore since that time so I prefer to avoid this casino.
