wtf, this is worst than Cryptopia, how come the affected users have been so silent about being scammed?

The slow exit contributed to this and the regulator responsible for taking action ASIC has been slow to act despite being given all the evidence.

you need to show some proof

we are still waiting for  responds from the team till date although it is obvious they are on the verge of closing down without any means of refund.

This is a somewhat strange situation because in this case, he can't show any solid proof because he claims he is getting no answers.
So, how can he or somebody else show proof he is not getting an answer back on his inquiry?

Checking the exchange and the links it seems that indeed the exchange shut down because of a "hack" and they offer a similar withdraw option to the one mt gox used, here :

https://funds.nauticus.exchange/
https://nauticus.statuspage.io/

But,

Indeed is a bit shady but ..hmmm...indeed a bit hard to prove they are really scamming.
It would help a lot if you manage to find some other people that are in the same situation and posts proofs of deposits/balances and of support replies if any.

The exchange claims to be operating as a top crypto currency exchange in Australia. A country with strong laws on fraud. last two month, the exchange claims they were hacked through a third party vendor. There is No confirmation on how much assets/tokens were stolen but customers data/kyc are save according to the report. . The message can be seen below

*We investigated the recent suspicious activity on the platform and we now confirm there was a compromise from the third-party vendor's technology. They are cooperating with us and are providing the currency necessary to return all affected users to their pre-incident balances.
No customer data or personal information have been compromised in the incident.*

the attack resulted to the entire shutting down of business. trading, deposit and withdrawal on the EXCHANGE till date

On July 26, the team sent out a message that they are working to re-enable access to funds for investors and traders. A New refund site https://funds.nauticus.exchange/  was created and users was asked to make withdrawal from it. it was confirmed that the process WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. Funds are still stuck in the exchange. currently investors and traders having asking questions and NONE Has been answered. The telegram group which was a lively source for all information appears to be spreading FUD AND INSULTS on the project owners without any response from the Main team. it appears that some thing is wrong somewhere.
Another month is gone without any good reports from the team. it sounds skeptical about the Hack. it looks like there is an exit plan already because they kept asking traders to buy more NTS tokens to improve getting Airdrops and staking purposes.

ANOTHER WORST NEWS Appeared that One admin from the telegram group confirmed that he is out of NAUTICUS PROJECT. "He has Moved ON"
currently an unoffical group has ben created https://t.me/unofficially where investors and traders are trying to sort out means of getting their fund back. already a site is pinned on the group asking members to report the business to Australia's SEC For Misconduct.
