I wonder why they treat one call this way...
and one call another way...
I asked many times if there's anything I can do... anything at all...
I asked how I get recognized as a Creditor...
I asked how do I get my accounts' balance...
To every question the rep responded the same way:
"All you need to do is keep checking the website for updates. nothing else to do, as we wait for the court to decide everything."
