Fist loan request,no collateral, another member with no lending history came out of blue and fills it...
Couple mins later the loan repaid and everybody is happy...

Exactly. Your first time to give a loan and first time that Op here asking one. Big coincidence or damn luck?
Btw the loan was .003 or .0045BTC?
The only way I think you could generally benefit from taking a loan and paying it back quick is to gain trust... but the lender has no significant trust here either.
The most likely explanation, imo, is just that someone saw a loan looking for $10, guessed that nobody with an account old enough would risk neg trust for that, and took them up for a quick $5 profit.
I think you might just be a little paranoid...
