If he was mentioning the potential activity his account has, then it should have been pretty clear that this was not a loan but was a sale by a farmer. I think your best bet would be to try to enroll in a signature campaign to get a little bit of signature revenue and to rank it up and then sell the account.

I guess it seems so, no PM from him also, it is over 24+ hours since the due date anyway
