I have no problem in removing this negative trust if the person agreed to give his account as collateral with a proof of ownership transfer to lender.

You claim to remove negative feedback on others forums , however you have not removed negative trust from your own account which is bit confusing . I would love to hear your explanation about this .

Loan without a collateral is like transaction with paypal .

Got your pm. But you need to escrow your account to any trusted escrow and provide me the Signed message that you hold this account with your btc address you have stated on OP.

using the address in OP isnt a good idea, way too recent. using an older address is better, maybe this one:

need loan 0.08btc, no collateral. 3 days 15GYqMny9W2ekDDqCuEg3WM4f9V9DPKFca 15%

i can provide the loan but only if you provide your account as a colletarl
Someone have marked your account as purchased/hacked/stolen. Also as of your rank, it is not worth for someone to risk 0.017 because the depreciation of the account due to negative trust don't go to that amount. However when you're a Sr. Member, then the depreciation reaches that amount (assuming that the account haven't been marked as purchased/hacked/stolen). I have loaned 0.015 here with no collateral successfully only by offering a 33% interest. Also as your account have a 'Untrusted' negative feedback (not DefaultTrust), even if you offering this as collateral, myself won't lend you 0.017 because it don't worth the risk.
and by this post i will require a signed message too..so in future (if you failed to repay the loan) then i can sell it to some traders..you can pm me if you are agreed

"If you completely ignore this sticky and make a loan request with no collateral, without having massive trust on the forum, the chances of you getting negative trusted feedback and therefore having a Trade with Extreme Caution tag is almost 100%."
You didn't read the sticky thread , did you ? also , don't bother putting your account on bitcointalk as collateral because it dosen't worth it at all .
