For a gmail account it is easily recoverable by contacting their support. Also the unusually high interest rate you offered indicating that the chance of you returning the loan is low.

Your clash royale account is nothing special so I doubt you can use it as a collateral. It is easy to atleast get a legendary card even for beginners so yours does not worth as much as the loan you are asking.
