to buy btc with fiat. There are many ways for this google it.

Look at the subject. 'Need 0.07 btc as loan'.
He just wants to take 0.07 btc here using the name 'loan' aka lending. Also as others said, your collateral don't worth the amount, even if it is considered valid. (But it is invalid here - only altcoins and accounts, along with some valuable, small physical items (like gold) are valid here)

0.07BTC is quite a big amount from the point of view of your Jr.Member account , as per your thread you are offering Addmefast account which has no meaning as it is worth of 2-3 $ only upon plus your this Jr.Member account is not more than All 4-5$ so in need to get ~14-15 $ loan the collateral should be Promising.

The amount you are asking is big. Addmefast points are not a valid collateral to get 0.07 btc loan.
Provide a valid collateral and you will get a loan.
