The fact that he has a high level full member account that should be able to become senior member by the time his loan is due means that the lender shouldn't have any problem selling it fore more then the loan amount, although that is not a guarantee. Considering Quicksellers opinion on the account value I can fill your loan under the following conditions:
1% daily (2 weeks -> max 14%) -> 0.0015 per day, interest will not be cumulating
quickseller does escrow (if they agree ofc), you pay the escrow fee
