Is there any loophole in the steps I have listed out? I want to minimize the chances of any dispute arising.

Instead of the alt account dance you could just restore the previous password after you received repayment. I dont see anything thats wrong with it though.

Can you provide a valid collateral ? It will be difficult for you to receive a loan without a valid collateral.
