Collateral? If you don't have valid one like altcoins, lock the thrrad for your own good before you get your account tagged with red. Collateral here is must, especially if you are not a trusted member.
Okay I am willing to provide my Ptc account and also Bitcoin talk account if that's valid collateral.
Not valid collateral, neither of them. PTC accounts can be easily recovered. Bitcointalk accounts however are if they have alot of trust, or are atleast sr. Member, which allows you to join into signature campaigns. Your account is not worth anything imo. So please do lock the thread, the button is on left bottom corner.
Although not fully true what you said . Still I am locking the thread but open to further discussion as the project will help both investors and me .
