My money atm is tied up in a fiat investment but I am cashing out and getting my return in 3-5 business days.
I need 0.4 btc for something that has came up and I will repay 0.5 btc in 3-5 business days. To set a definite date I will make repayment 1 week from now so august 25th.

Loan amount: 0.4
Repayment amount: 0.5
Repayment date: august 25th
Send loan to address: 1BUNxSuSbWc44CypF2NJn1agEBfopwUJN1
If I do not repay by August 25th I give you the right to take ownership of my account, I have never taken part in a signature campaign but this account could easily make 0.4 back through sig campaigns or by being sold. But I do not foresee that happening.

Are you giving your account as collateral? Note in order for it to be valid collateral of course you must give it before receiving the funds, not after you default. You can give it to either the lender or a trusted escrow. If you do and are able to sign a message with an address posted several months ago I can lend 0.35 BTC.
Regardless of you accepting or refusing my terms you should confirm you're willing to give the account as collateral and you can sign a message. If so specify which address you can use to sign it.
