I just wanted to send it to him without the obligation to return, but the minimum BNB withdrawal on Binance is 0.01 it's around $5 at the moment + fee.
Even the fee is higher than the interest he offers. 0.0005 BNB or +/- $0.25

Binance lets you sell all remaining dust in your account for BNB. Maybe that helps.
