I was kind of prepared to risk $50 but now think maybe escrow would be safer.
I don't know if Payoneer is reversible method but It doesn't matter being Junior Member or Legendary to ask for sending first. Just use escrow and no one will get scammed. 50$ can't be called small chunk in anyway.
