This is all very suspicious. On the Internet a lot of suggestions for filling out a captcha and they pay pennies for their work. It seems to me that there is no reason to trust you if you offer more.

this is not an excuse at all. some escrow may cost fee but not all. lots of free and trusted escrow services available. who can escrow your money for free. use one of them if you are really serious. BTW. this raiblock work is pretty old. now everyone know about it and can claim for their self.

I think it would be much better if you escrow the funds. Cause theres a high chance that you can attract some members to work with you.and because your a newbie some will not trust you., cause theres a possibility that you will scam them and less chance you will gonna pay them

Onlinedragon is only trusted employer for these captchas and he even gets a bigger rate than you offer. Yesterday he sold for like 1100 satoshi or something like that and he takes 10% cut.
And you as a newbie are offering what, 500 satoshi? There has been so many scammers looking for workers lately with fresh accounts so i do not see why anyone should or would trust you.
