Yes it would be a great idea to not allow to make a thread in Lending Section this will help in preventing spam.
Because people are making their alt and asking for loans in this section.

It looks like none of these newbies are reading the sticky threads of this section before asking for a loan.
Yeah right. The only thing you're going to get is red trust, starting with me as soon as I stop writing this. Read the rules, read everything on the lending section. Borrow a clue before you try to borrow bitcoin.
