Please be advised both you and the OP that there are many scammers that would love to steal your funds/btc so please be safe and just use escrow, is it really that hard to get used to and such a delay waiting a few extra minutes? I guess some people will never learn and always try pull a fast one then cry when they lose their funds, please don't make me say I told you so..
