you can't cancel a sale without the buyer agreeing to it. and when you cancel a sale that does not refund the money. you have to refund manually through paypal.

i called ebay, who transferred me to paypal. after an hour i got the bank transferred canceled and the money refunded.

Lol, never seen that. Never mind.

Probably to late now, but pay me $200 in BTC and I will give you $210 in fiat to your paypal.

Then you can buy your BTC back when you are ready. If it takes longer than 7 days, you agree to buy $200 worth of BTC back for $250? If before 7 days, you agree to pay $225 for $200 worth of coins? Yes, seems silly as market value may be lower, but it may be higher and you may get them cheaper than market value still. A risk you may have to take if you still need that $200 which you probably don't.

Actually, just cancel the item. Buy the time he agrees, the funds should have cleared in your bank. Then send him the eCheck refund. You can claim you were away on a business trip or something to avoid talking to him for a few days if needed. Plus, if the item is cancelled, I don't think he'll be able to leave you negative rep (which is probably something he's gonna try to do).

Ya something is suspicious with this guy. He emailed me to my registered email not my ebay inbox. He literally contacted me within 3 minutes of paying. He registered in 2007 and has no buying or selling history besides the -1 buy 7 years ago.
I'd call Ebay and tell them what's going on and what just happened to you. Just cancel the sale, and refund the money on the basis of "Item listing error (item wasn't suppose to sell to someone with less than 5+ rep" "Ran out of stock" "user is harrassing" "buyer changed their mind / wants to cancel" blah blah blah.... Find one, and let him know he has to wait a few business days for the refund to clear.

Trust me, this guy isn't worth all the problems you could get into. Even if you shipped it, he'd probably claim the item broke or you shipped him the wrong one.

Shortly after that he emails me
DEFCON 1!

Don't let him communicate via Email. Don't reply to his emails. If he wants to talk to you, he has to do it through the official channels (Ebay messaging).

If you need to give him his money back, wait until it's cleared to your bank, then refund it (make sure he agrees to the listed item being cancelled first). From what I remember, Paypal would write him an "eCheck" and his funds will clear in 3-5 days. But it will be listed as refunding with the funds pending. If he's gonna give you trouble, sling it right back. What comes around goes around. You shouldn't need any loans from us, this will be easier and won't cost you extra from loan interest for this guy's issue.

jonald, no thanks i will find somebody else.

Vod, here is the email he sent me just so you can have a laugh. Shipping was FREE. I live in chicago, there is no reason for him to assume i live in VA.

To whomever this may concern –

I just purchased this sound card on eBay and did without having shipping included.  I assumed you are close to VA Beach, VA based on information provided prior to my checkout.  Let me know if this is not the case.  Otherwise I will challenge it with my credit card company and forgo the purchase.  There is no reason that a 4 year old sound card from creative labs should cost more than than the purchase price back in late 2010 @ $189.

So i sold an item on ebay and transferred the funds to my bank account. A few minutes later i noticed the buyers feedback was -1. Shortly after that he emails me telling me he paid too much give him his money back or he will open a claim leave me negative feedback and dispute the charge with his credit card.

I'd tell him where to go.  He is the one who decided to pay what he did - and his email to you would win your case.

Can somebody with rep please paypal me $200 from paypal balance? I can pay you back with my next sale. I have over $8000 in confirmed trades without escrow.
