I am seeing what offers I can get first. I am new to the lending section so do not know what is standard. The coin is located in the Midwest US. Will be shipped registered, insured mail.

There are a few scam acussations under you other nick name , I guess you should cover loses on scammed users as actually the comunity has requested before.

I'd HIGHLY recommend using a reputable escrow to hold the collateral for you, even if it means paying a small fee for it. Rep (FrilledShark) or no rep (Hatcher), anyone is capable of running with 5BTC profit on your collateral.
Why would frilled run? I've been part of a group loan with him. We loaned out 8btc and the collateral grew to 75k+ usd. Took him 4 days to return the collateral because poloniex only gave his account 25k usd daily limit. You can find the thread in the lending section if you want.
15btc is like 42k usd. :/

Signing a message from the old account is not an issue at all.
The coin is worth ~15btc so I am putting up more than enough collateral.
If it does worth 15btc, then yea you should be good and will agree with Continuous about contacting FrilledShark.
