@OP if you really want to deal with this amount, there are many ways that you can do this by just looking on the internet or you can use that to buy directly bitcoin through Paypal instead of USDT.
I think you are on the wrong way, there might have no one who will give this small amount of paypal to a newbie but the main factor is that the person asking to take about 20% advantage.
