First, it's the OP who is in a position to scam since he's paying with a reversible payment method. Second, No escrow will deal with PayPal. To make the transaction completely safe for the seller the escrow agent would have to hold the BTC for 6 months, until PayPal's window for disputes closes. If he doesn't, the seller has no protection. And I doubt the OP wants his BTC tied up in escrow for 6 months.
