Unfortunately I'm about $30 short on a bill that needs to be paid today and was left with no other options to try and get a loan from someone.
And your first thought was to come here and ask for a loan?? Do you pay your bills with Bitcoin? Don't you have any friends IRL that can lend you the money?

What % should it be?
In a perfect world, 100% of people would repay the loans they're given. The real percentage is probably lower than 0.1%.

I 100% plan on paying the loan back once my paycheck comes in but I get everything you're saying and I knew this would be a long shot.
What did you need the loan for, anyway?

KYC won't be fake, but I can understand your cause for concern.
Even if KYC is real, how is anyone expected to get their money back? It's too low of an amount to chase down, but your account's value is even lower than that. Anyone can register an account and ask for a loan. The % that repay from that initial circumstance of anonymity is extremely low.

No.

KYC can be fake. There is no guarantee of repayment. There is infinite risk for a finite reward.
