Once you're in Myetherwallet while making a transaction you've to select the Gwei of the transaction to adjust the fee according to it.
I can't say for sure with regards to Coinbase since last time i used it was in 2017 and didn't use ETH, Only BTC.

I've received the amount from someone so I won't be needing it anymore, I'll lock this thread down in an hour.

You deserve the loan without collateral. But probably you don't know that the transaction fee of ethereum is more than the interest you are offering. So, obviously it is almost impossible for any lenders to lend you the amount you have asked though it is more than 50% of the asking amount.

Fees were high a few moments ago when Low was above 32Gwei now it's 20 Gwei, Which is like 1$.

The lender is still getting 2$ profit which is more than 20% profit in 4 days, I'm most likely to return the amount in 2 hours after a successful trade.
