Im sorry but not everyone has a rich family or friends who can quickly lend some money.
You need to understand that you are a stranger on the forum. You have not record, no one knows you, seen you before. You have nothing to lose if you fail to repay the lender.
Consider me. If I loan from someone, I have everything to lose if I do not replay them. In fact I will not allow anyone to destroy my account even for a few BTC at today's price. This account is a history, pride for me. And the pride, the history worth more than any amount of money. A lender knows it and they will never hesitate to lend me any amount that they think is safe for them to lose.
I am sorry if you are really in problem but this is unrealistic for you to expect anything from an unknown place.
I fully understand you and like I already mentioned, I have little to no hope that someone would help out a stranger like me, but I still wanted to try because I’m desperate and who knows.. maybe there is someone.

No one here has the ability to authenticate ID, and they're too easily faked. The offer alone makes you look untrustworthy.

One doesn't have to be rich to help a family member or friend with a €700 loan or gift if the person is altruistic. Statements like that poke holes in your story.
Didn’t knew that offer makes me untrustworthy. I know all that stuff can be faked easily but I also mentioned, that I would also be ready to verify those documents.
The ones I asked ( Friends & Family who know and trust me ), don’t have spare money. But you don’t have to believe me.
