I am fairly sure you can't just transfer from a US bank account to a European one without a wire transfer. If you were in the US this would be simple.

Why not just use someone trusted and get it via Paypal and transfer it into your bank account. Might take a couple of days to clear though. You could also maybe try a money transfer service and then just take the cash and put it in your bank?
