I remember a couple years ago OKPay told everybody that they don't process for US customers. Is that still the case?

It would probably not be a good idea to accept chase quick pay as it can easily be reversed.

A much better option would be to offer non-reversible options like a cash deposit, western union, or Walmart to Walmart. 
to add to the list, OKpay is fully non-reversible. havent tried it myself but it seems its used as a bitcoin processing service.

Anything over 2 btc accepted.  chase quickpay is especially easy.
