What JeromeTash is politely trying to say is that you don't have any collateral, which answers my initial question about the point of this request. The promise of "frozen crypto" isn't collateral, and all your doing is wasting people's time.
How do you plan on giving the collateral to the lender? What prevents you of not paying back and withdrawing the USDT staked on Binance as soon as it unlocks? (and when is that?)

What's the point of this? If you are using USDT as collateral for a USDT loan, why don't you just "borrow" from yourself and avoid the 20 USDT penalty?

The collateral has to be more than the amount of loan you are seeking, not the other way round, buddy.
With the amount of collateral you are offering, you could get a loan worth $80 or $90 at most.
