If you haven't published your PGP key at least a couple of months ago on an unedited post then signing your message is worthless, anyone (including a hacker) can use any certificate to sign the message. FYI you can publish your PGP key here or here, among other options.
If you can offer a valid collateral worth more than the loan plus interest then I can do it. I don't think you'll get that amount without collateral.
(And don't start calling people hypocritical for asking collateral like you do on other threads, if you have an issue with josephno1 for giving that small loan then contact him).
