Rather if you paid your loans back or not, you had bad experience in the pass which would require that you have valid collateral (yes for something small as $10 unless someone is gonna gamble with you). Just because your account is from '13 doesnt mean you are able to get a no collateral loan without trust and since you been here that long, you should know the drill.

If Bitcoins101 confirm the remaining amount then I would suggest Vod and KWH to remove their red Trust. People do face issues but if they come out clean and sort out their mistakes then they should deserve forgiveness. This is my philosophy not everyone has to agree with it. Vod and KHW is free to decide anything.
