Too long, didn't read.  First page of lending section has a pinned thread on loan rules.  Read them.  I see no valid collateral in your post, so you're not going to get the loan.  Can't you ask family or friends?

Look here, you are a newbie giving us your life story.  Us lenders do not care nor do we want to hear your life story about how your dog died, your sister got mono, or your wife ran off with the mailman!!!  Put your loan request down, reason for the loan (General not a story), payback date and interest offered along with whatever collateral you have.  If you do not have collateral, please close this thread, for you will get tagged shortly for asking for a loan with no collateral.

To have a physical cryptopay debit card you need 15.00$/15.00€/15.00£ on balance and for virtual cryptopay debit card is 2.50$/2.50€/2.50£

I have a physical cryptopay debit card, and to activate it, I need to call this number in the UK. I never needed to load 2.50$ to activate it. Lying about the reason isn't going to get you a loan.

I'm pretty new here, and i need this small loan.
As you can see on my last posts i was looking for a VISA card that i can withdraw the funds from skrill.
I have got 47.14€ on skrill that it needs to be withdrawed. After the withdraw, skrill will terminate my account.
If you use skrill, you will know that you can't really know that you have problems with your account until you try to send your funds to other user or pay some bills.
And since i didn't knew that thing, i deposited 50€ to Skrill.
Basically i need a virtual/debit/credit card (must be VISA.. already tried Mastercard, but they only allow VISA), that i can move my funds to.
So i ask for 2.50$ because i found a website called Cryptopay.me (https://cryptopay.me), which you can request a VISA debit card, but you need 2.50$ (can be funded with BTC) to activate card.

So if you want, instead of sending me the money and i will fund my cryptopay account, you can use your own account and i'll have only the card details. And then once you got the money (skrill say it can take up to 7days), you can transfer funds to euro balance or something and then i can't do a shit and i can't scam you since card is emtpy.
When u get the money, you can remove 5$ from it... so basically 2.50$ for card + 2.50$ for helping me out (like a fee).

I only accept trusted members if you choose to activate the card on your account... because if you are a scammer you can run away with my funds.. and with trusted members the probability of that is less.
The funds from skrill are from paysafecard (50€ one). If you need proof of that i can give you just PM me or post here..

Once the money hits the card, i'll try to withdraw or buy BTC with the money.. The initial idea of the paysafecard to skrill was to buy BTC. Because skrill has better rates on paxful/lbc than paysafecard..
