Apologies. The original post that I made was looking for someone to make me a crowdfunding for equity site similar to bnktothefuture. I wasn't looking to infringe on any copyrights or patents. Melisande asked me to change it to "clone" your site. Being not so tech-savvy I truly figured that wording would generate more traffic

To Melisande: Well lucky for me, operating an equity-crowdfunding site and accepting bitcoin would not be an infringement.
To Banktothefuture: Can you please elaborate on your patent(s) that you hold regarding your site? It would be beneficial if you let all of us know so we can respect your rights and intellectual property.
