I think we're being ignored, but I look forward to there being a bid down to BTC0.0001 for this job.
For 0.05BTC (total price) I can do this with any kind of image with the new face.
0.0009 per frame will be ok for me!

If You have a photoshop its no problem to do it.
BTC0.001205 per frame (54 frames=BTC0.06508) if you have the face isolated on a transparent background so it can be copied and pasted repeatedly, and cleanly.
I'd be willing to do it for 0.001 BTC per frame, depending on same circumstances.
