You may well put your own address away unless you want spambots to come after you  Grin. IP seems consistent pointing to Zandvoorde, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium. Is the IP you originally gained from this email or from some other source?

He is likely not behind a proxy. He has Telenet n.v, Belgium as his isp. He knows Dutch(Nederlands) language, and uses www.google.be. 78.23.188.180 from Belgium as he passed through http://www.google.be/url?sa=t_source=web_cd=8_ved on 29 jun, 15:24. Source from traceroot and ip history.

He is also one of the bitcoins nodes as listed in https://smsz.net/btcStats/bitcoin.kml (a google maps location file showing bitcoin nodes hosted by mtgox). Hence that makes him using a proxy highly unlikely unless he is running some private permanent VPS.

I'll get to it later; now relaxing Grin

PS: Could you give me a copy of his email to you with headers? I could try tracing stuff from there

Yes I saw his order in BitcoinHarbor, on this board he was Sambit753 before he change for bitdonk.

I saw the linkedin profile too but I suppose that his real name is not Samuel Donkers.

Could be very well a proxy.

As deslock stated, at this point the @live.com is strange.

a little looking shows he's tried to sell a 5850 elsewhere
http://www.bitcoinharbor.com/view/3428586
and assuming that linkedin is giving me right information he's a graduate of "Universiteit van de Nederlandse Antillen "
The IP you have is definitly belgium however that email appears to be invalid at this point.

It is telenet (belgium) but they will not give me those information directly, it is illegal (I suppose)
I'm not sure about other countries, but as far as the US goes...one would need a warrant to obtain data about a user with an IP.

Hi,

I have been scammed when buying a graphic card, I have the IP of the person, can someone help me to find his adress or name with this adress, I'll pay you of course.
Your best bet would to figure out which ISP owns the IP, and contact them.
