I think 25% would be too much because if you really have a good project the valuation would be too big and 25% means you are killing yourself. And if the project is not good enough or fail to take off then its fine to give 25% or so. Instead of asking for investors just take a loan and repay and keep the share with yourself.

yah i agree with you mate but i am unable to borrow fiat thats why if some one will like to be a part of my plan i will share 25% of business rights.

"Collateral" is for the security of the lender in case of default so that the lender can cut their losses. Offer a valid collateral or go away. I and other lenders here accept stable altcoins 120-150% of the loan value as valid collateral.

What collateral are you offering? If you dont have valid collateral 120% of what youre asking (read https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/edu-the-rule-of-no-collateral-no-loan-ignore-at-your-own-risk-577765) , no one will be interested, especially since these wanna-be crypto startups are usually extremely high risk or scams. Usually both.
