You are right that there is no guarantee that Marco will payout the full amount due however without any legit reason why he would deny payment then marco would simply be scamming, and certain pressure can be given to get him to pay what is due the account.

Even if the loan is not repaid then the account should be able to be sold for more then then loan amount

ahh you are right I missed that part out, I thought the term would be that you will get his payment from bit-x. Second thought after reading this, you can sell his account for more

Your earning is not much, as you might not get paid for the spam post. since he is going to sell your account if you defaulted then this is a good collateral then

Why don't you give your account as collateral and allow the lender to change the payout address of the signature earnings. Then the lender would get both the account and your earnings when (not if) you default on your loan.

Then if your were to repay the loan you would get the signature earnings back along with your account. Either way the lender would profit.

I really don't like providing this account as collateral because this is the only one account I have in Btctalk and which I use. I don't think its possible to change address for the Bit-x camapaign! I am not sure though!

I have done a 0.37BTC deal with ndnhc and I had complete hold of ndnhc's 0.37 BTC , my rank was a member account with 98 activity and I sent him his money according to our deal

! I am not saying "i am very trusted, You can send me the money blindly" but I mean trusting me when I PM'ed marco about it musn't be a problem at all

I don't care about your prior deals. I care about protecting myself. My conditions would allow me to protect myself. If you could agree to my conditions then I could most likely fill your loan and your account would be returned to you assuming you repay your loan prior to when your signature campaign pays out.

Funding a no collateral loan is very risky in every situation.

you are right that a no collateral loan is full of risk but I am thinking what will sig.campaing pay it they dont find posts with his account I mean to say if he gives his account as colletral then he will not get payed by signature campaing

Your post doesn't even make any sense. But yes I am correct. No lender should fund any loan to you without sufficient collateral. Your account (provided you can provide a signed message confirming ownership) would be sufficient collateral, but anything less then that would not be

I will agree to keep your signature the same, however I would need to reserve the right to change the 'other contact info' so I can collect the signature campaign earnings in the event that you do not repay your loan. In the event that you repay prior to the due date then I will return the account back to you along with any signature campaign earning I receive on your behalf. In the event that you default on the loan then both the signature campaign earnings and the account would become my property. I would also need a signed message to confirm ownership of the account.
